We use gas sublimation for our cornhole bags, like many (but not all) manufactures. Gas sublimation is the best printing method for cornhole bags because it produces a high-quality image that will not fade over time. Additionally, this technique allows us to print on a variety of different fabrics, including polyester and nylon.
We iteratively experiment with different color settings for each fabric to ensure that we produce the best possible image. This process allows us to find the ideal color settings for each cornhole bag we produce.
Gas sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer an image onto a substrate. This printing method is commonly used for cornhole bags because it produces a high-quality image that will not fade over time. Additionally, gas sublimation allows for a wide variety of different fabrics to be used as the substrate.
To produce a gas sublimation print, the printer first places the substrate material onto the print bed. The image is then printed onto a transfer paper using a sublimation ink. This transfer paper is placed on top of the substrate and the entire assembly is placed into a heat press. The heat press applies pressure and heat to the assembly, which causes the sublimation ink to turn into a gas. The gas then diffuses into the substrate material, permanently bonding the image to the cornhole bag.
One advantage of gas sublimation is that it allows for a wide variety of colors to be used in the print. This is because the sublimation inks are highly pigmented and produce rich, vibrant colors. Additionally, gas sublimation does not require the use of any screens or other printing dies, which means that the image can be printed directly onto the cornhole bag.
Another advantage of gas sublimation is that the print will not fade over time. This is because the sublimation inks are permanently bonded to the cornhole bag through the gasification process. Additionally, gas sublimation is resistant to water and other liquids, making it ideal for use on cornhole bags that will be exposed to the elements.

Overall, the gas sublimation technique ensures that our bags have rich coloring that will not fade, ensuring only the best for our customers.
